Services

Nexio Hosting may provide shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, cloud services, domain registration, DNS, email hosting and SSL certificates.

Accounts

Customers must provide accurate information and maintain account security.

Domain Names

Domains are subject to registry and ICANN policies. Customers are responsible for renewals.

Payments

Services are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

Acceptable Use

Illegal activity, spam, malware, phishing, copyright infringement and network abuse are prohibited.

Backups

Customers remain responsible for maintaining backups.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid during the previous 12 months for the affected service.
